For over 8 years, I’ve worked in the field of HR, focusing on recruitment, talent development, and creating environments where people can grow and feel safe to be themselves. This experience allows me to see beneath the surface – to what people truly go through, what fulfills them, and what they often long for but are missing. My work centers around human potential, life direction, and the question of how to live a meaningful and authentic life.
I'm currently training in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy – a practical, future-oriented therapeutic approach closely related to coaching. In my sessions, I focus on what already works in your life and help you identify concrete, achievable steps toward the change you’re seeking.
I aim to create a space where you can pause, take a breath, and look at your life from a different perspective – with more lightness, clarity, and trust in what’s already within you.
