How does the meeting with me go?
My goal is to create a safe space for you that is dedicated to you alone. A place where we can focus together on what is important to you right now . You don't need to have everything figured out or know the answers. Just start with what you are currently dealing with in your life, what you wish to change, strengthen or improve.
During our sessions, we will discuss what works for you, what you would like to achieve, and what small steps can help you get closer to what you desire. We can talk about relationships, work, anxiety, self-confidence, or anything else that is important to you - always in a way that makes our work together meaningful to you.
My role is not to evaluate, but to ask questions that will help you see the situation from a different angle and find your own resources that are already within you - you just may not be using them to their full potential yet.
I lead the sessions so that you set your own direction, pace, and goals. You know best what you need – I help you discover it.
At the end of each session, we will summarize together what was useful for you and see what you might want to take away for the next week.
Therapy takes place online – you can connect from anywhere you feel calm and safe.
I believe that even small steps can lead to big changes. And I'm here to support you on that journey.
I provide therapy in Czech and English.
The price for an individual online session (50 minutes) is 1,200 CZK.
